Tool Theft

• Uses a tool bucket for maintenance work
• Bucket contained screwdrivers and other tools
• All tools had "KIM Seon-hu" and a phone number written on handles in permanent marker
• Tool bucket went missing the day before HOUGHTON's murder
• CCTV footage shows bucket fell out of the back of his truck after he unloaded some bedframes
• Perps on footage grabbing the tools right before killing HOUGHTON

The Murder Weapons

• Three tools used in murder: two screwdrivers and one chisel
• All had KIM's name and phone number on them
• Used to crucify HOUGHTON (stigmata-style)
